			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>toate lucrurile ni se par &#8220;cele mai importante&#8221; in viata, dar nimic nu se compara cu a avea copii si a-ti intemeia o familie &#8211; si cei care au cred ca stiu mai bine decat mine despre ce e vorba <img src='http://www.seceleanu.ro/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />  ca viitor tatic peste 2 luni+, imi dau seama cat de important e sa ti se nasca sanatos copilul. si m-a cutremurat cand un prieten mi-a povestit ce probleme avusese cu fetita lui pe vremea cand sotia sa era insarcinata, intrucat cea mica avusese o problema la inima. problema pe care nu a putut-o rezolva in tara.</p>
<p>in spitalul Marie Curie avem cea mai buna sectie de terapie intensiva pentru copii din Romania. doar ca e prea mica si multi copii sunt trimisi acasa sau tinuti in paturi pe holurile spitalului, asa ca <a href="http://www.inimacopiilor.ro/nou-nascuti-Marie-Curie/index.php" target="_blank">asociatia inima copiilor</a> vrea sa o mareasca. motiv pentru care ESTE NEVOIE de un milion de euro, iar <a href="http://www.manafu.ro/" target="_blank">manafu</a> mi-a soptit ca fundatia vodafone a donat deja 10% pentru a porni lucrarile.</p>
<p>daca iti pasa, poti ajuta in 3 feluri:</p>
<p>(1) <strong>trimite un SMS la 858</strong> - inseamna <strong>o donatie de 2 euro, iar fundatia vodafone va dubla suma</strong>. cheltuim atat de multi bani in viata pe crap-uri si entertainment ca ar fi pacat sa nu faci un gest ATAT de mic. 2 euro. 2/3 dintr-un pachet de tigari; 2 borcanase de sana, o cutie de rosii cherry, o treime de roata de cascaval, un sfert de bilet la film; 3 aplicatii de iPhone la 0.99 usd bucata &#8211; 3 nenorocite de joculetze adica!</p>
<p>(2) <strong>2% din impozitul pe salariu</strong> - <a href="http://www.inimacopiilor.ro/ajuta/doiLaSuta.php" target="_blank">descarci un document</a> de o pagina, il completezi si il trimiti prin posta. ATAT DE SIMPLU. castigi doar 1000 ron / luna? 9 eur isi croiesc drumul spre un pat de terapie intensiva pentru nou-nascuti. castigi 1000 euro? aproape 40 de eur intra in contul asociatiei; si tine cont ca sunt banii pe care deja i-ai platit prin impozit statului. oricum face ce vrea el cu 98%, macar pe 2% sa ai un cuvant de spus;</p>
<p>(3) <strong>ajuta la promovarea campaniei</strong> &#8211; ia <a href="http://www.inimacopiilor.ro/ajuta/promoveaza.php" target="_blank">un banner de aici</a> si pune-l pe blog, convingeti prietenii, da de stire. noi o sa incepem sa comunicam de astazi pe <a href="http://www.kudika.ro/" target="_blank">noua Kudika</a> - pentru ca este una din acele cauze in care credem.</p>
<p>Ai ajuns aici si nu ai facut nimic inca? Citeste asta atunci:</p>

<h2>DE CE UNOR NOU-NASCUTI LI SE REFUZA DREPTUL LA VIATA?<br />
DIN LIPSA DE SPATIU!</h2>
<p>In ultimii ani, in Sectia de terapie intensiva nou-nascuti de la Marie Curie, au fost internati aproximativ 200 de nou nascuti pe an. Existenta a doar 11 paturi de ingrijire intensiva neonatala si a inca 4 paturi pentru ingrijire intermediara face frustanta activitatea medicilor din aceasta sectie, existand foarte multe cazuri cazuri carora li se refuza internarea. Peste 200 de pacienti nou nascuti sunt anual refuzati spre internare pentru a primi un tratament adecvat multidisciplinar, datorita lipsei spatiului de ingrijire. In majoritatea cazurilor sunt nou nascuti cu afectiuni severe care nu-si mai gasesc tratament medical in alte centre. Aceasta denota de fapt ceea ce este prezentat in statistici, o nevoie de cel putin 2 ori mai mare a paturilor de terapie intensiva neonatala in Bucuresti. Este clar ca acestea trebuie dezvoltate si in conexiune cu Spitalele de pediatrie ce pot oferi o ingrijire multidisciplinara.</p>
<p>Nu exista nici un alt centru in Bucuresti unde nou-nascutii sa fie transferati direct din sala de nastere spre blocul operator unde afectiunile grave o impun. Aceasta creeaza grave disfunctionalitati in ingrijirea neonatala complexa, de multe ori timpul pierdut insemnand viata pacientului. Un exemplu graitor sunt cazurile de hernie diafragmatica, unde Spitalul de copii Marie Curie raporteaza o supravietuire de 70-80%, mult mai mare decat clinici de prestigiu din lume. Motivul: nu toate cazurile ajung sa fie tratate, pacientii decedand inainte sa aibe parte de un tratament adecvat.</p>
<p>Nu putine sunt cazurile care pacientul &#8220;se plimba&#8221; prim mai multe spitale, unul dintre motive fiind lipsa spatiului de spitalizare in Sectia de terapie intensiva nou-nascuti de la Marie Curie, primind tratamente incomplete, incoerente, agravand boli severe cu consecinte de cele mai multe ori tragice.</p></blockquote>

<blockquote><p>Groupon said Friday it was revising its results for the fourth quarter after discovering executives had failed to set aside enough money for customer refunds. The company had reported a loss of $37 million for its fourth quarter. The accounting changes reduced the company&#8217;s revenue for the quarter by $14.3 million and widened its loss by $22.6 million.</p>
<p>The revision came after an unsettling discovery in late February. That&#8217;s when Groupon&#8217;s chief accounting officer told Messrs. Mason and Child that many customers had returned their coupons in January, said a person familiar with the matter.</p>
<p>What&#8217;s worse: <strong>the four-year-old company didn&#8217;t have enough money set aside in its reserves to cover those refunds</strong>, according to this person.</p></blockquote>

<p>Ideea cu zvonurile e ca trebuie sa aiba o legatura cu realitatea, cat de mica. S-a intamplat ceva, s-a inteles altceva, s-a transmis cu totul altceva si apare un subiect numai bun de conversatie la tigara. In facultate slabisem la un moment dat vreo 9 kilograme &#8211; si ma laudasem la cativa prieteni cu asta. Dupa cateva saptamani, ma intalnesc cu amic care aflase ca slabisem 15 (!) Chiar e interesant sa presupui in cati pasi s-a crescut de la 9 la 15 &#8211; si care au fost infloriturile care au aparut  pe traseu.</p>
<p>Cand insa nu exista nicio legatura cu realitatea &#8212; incepi sa iti pui traditionala intrebare &#8220;WTF&#8221;? Care sa fie interesul unui jucator sa spuna comerciantilor ca un site in top 4/5 jucatori se &#8220;desparte&#8221; de compania mama? In conditiile in care doar 2 jucatori relevanti pe piata asta au in spate companii cu vechime si istoric in Romania, iar pentru noi prezenta in cadrul retelei cu cel mai mare reach pe site-urile de lifestyle feminin din Romania reprezinta un USP clar? Ce minte bolnava sa ai sa inventezi astfel de chestii pentru a spera ca iei, acolo, niste procentzele de piata?</p>
<p>De ce naiba sunt asa putini oameni in piata noastra de online care sa se concentreze pe cum sa isi faca treaba cat mai bine si nu pe ce fac ceilalti / cum sa <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Defamation" target="_blank">le-o traga</a>? Sa ne mai miram ca <a href="http://www.wall-street.ro/articol/New-Media/110692/Povestea-banilor-din-online-ul-romanesc-Scad-pe-media-cresc-per-total.html" target="_blank">tortul e atat de mic</a>?</p>
